Luxoft Holding, Inc (“Luxoft”), a subsidiary of IBS Group Holding Limited (“IBS Group”), announced today that it has commenced an initial public offering of 4,092,070 Class A ordinary shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Luxoft is offering 2,046,035 Class A shares and IBS Group is offering 2,046,035 Class A shares.
