January 19, 2009. IBS announces completion of the HR management processes automation project for Troika Dialog Group, one of the biggest Russian investment companies. The project was implemented based on the SAP human capital management solution for financial institutions.
Troika Dialog Group needed a uniform diversified ERP human capital management system to support its dynamic business growth. Based on the results of a bidding process, the contract for the supply and implementation of a pre-configured SAP ERP HCM solution was awarded to IBS as this company offered the high functionality of the SAP solution combined with IBS consultants’ experience in building HR systems for big financial institutions.
The project was carried out in 2007 and 2008 and provided automation of the following aspects of HR management at Troika Dialog Group: company structure management, personnel working hours management, personnel records and payroll calculation. The solution supports generation of various reports including reports required under the laws of the Russian Federation.
Industrial operation of the new HR system commenced in October 2008. According to a preliminary estimate by the management of Troika Dialog Group, the system proved to be effective in a matter of weeks since operation started.
